PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT
Because sometimes life knocks at work too
It may happen that complex personal events - a bereavement, an illness, a life transition - are reflected in the work, amplifying anxieties, blockages, dissatisfactions.
Other times, change starts from within: a need for a different meaning, a drive to find oneself in roles that no longer seem to correspond.
In these moments, specialised psychological support can help you better read what is happening, reorganise inner resources and build a new balance between life and work.
he first step is guided reflection. Fill in the cognitive screening questionnaire: it is designed to help you focus on your situation and begin to orientate yourself right away.
I will read it personally and if our approach can be adapted to your needs, I will offer you a short interview free of charge to get to know each other.

What is psychological support
Psychological support is a regulated professional activity, which may include prevention, assessment, support, habilitation and rehabilitation interventions (Art. 1 - Psychologists' Code).
It addresses people going through critical moments, phases of transition or emotional distress related to their life and work context.
In our practice, this takes the form of individual psychological interviews, led by clinical psychologists with specialist training in coaching, accredited to the highest international standards.
We work with a selection of evidence-based tools with proven effectiveness - emotional regulation protocols, EMDR, mindfulness, trauma work, immersive reality, psychological and motivational assessments - integrating them into a flexible and customised approach.
This makes it possible to support the person in his or her goals, fostering awareness, orientation and new ways of responding.
Not only to better understand what is happening, but to move actively towards what you want to achieve.
WHEN IT CAN BE USEFUL
It is not necessary to 'feel bad' in the clinical sense to ask for support: the psychological interview is also an opportunity to get to know oneself better and strengthen one's way of being in the world.
It can be indicated in cases of:

OUR APPROACH
In our practice, psychological support is complemented with specialised coaching skills and solid experience in organisational, educational and clinical contexts.
This allows us to offer customised pathways that hold together the personal and professional dimensions.
We use evidence-based tools and work to facilitate sustainable change, with a focus on care and development.
We do not adopt pre-packaged solutions, but design a path together with the person that takes into account his or her resources, goals and the moment he or she is experiencing.
WORKING METHODS
Each path can start in different ways, depending on one's preferences and the moment one is experiencing. In particular, it is possible:
During this first session, we define priorities, assess any useful tools to be integrated (e.g. assessment or specialised protocols) and build a tailor-made work plan.
Subsequent sessions last approximately 60 minutes, with the frequency agreed upon depending on the time and objectives.
Meetings can take place in Italian or English, either in person in Milan or online, for those who live abroad or need more flexibility.
