From the very beginning, we wanted to create a space where we could work with care, vision and responsibility.

A professional but human place where we accompany people - individuals, teams, organisations - on authentic and well-constructed development paths.

Underlying this is the shared vision of Laura Ravanetti Steinkeller and Federica Bergamino, who since the founding of the firm have shaped an approach geared towards wellbeing, relationships and personal growth.

Over time, a small team of selected collaborators has formed around this nucleus: colleagues with whom we share experiences in national and international contexts - from Hult Ashridge to LUISS, from research projects to business development paths - and whom we activate for specific interventions or when the project requires it.

The firm operates in Milan with two complementary locations: one dedicated to individual face-to-face meetings, designed to offer confidentiality, a refined environment and an atmosphere of trust; the other focused on work with organisations.

We accompany you when you are abroad, in other cities or need flexibility, with organised online sessions to optimise time and energy.

For those who would like a discussion in English, there is also the option of working with a native speaker coach, either in person in London or online.
