OUR METHODOLOGY

A transformative method to grow, in and out of work

INTEGRATED RELATIONAL SYSTEMIC APPROACH

The Growing method stems from a systemic-relational approach. It places the person in the system of his or her relationships at the centre. It integrates a selection of evidence-based tools, chosen on the basis of the validity of the supporting scientific evidence. It promotes personal and professional development in life contexts that really matter.

What distinguishes us is the combination of solid knowledge of organisational contexts and business dynamics, gained through years of managerial and academic experience, with advanced skills in coaching and clinical psychology. This allows us to accompany people with concreteness, depth and a broad and human vision of change.

We believe in interdisciplinary fertilisation and integrate tools and perspectives from psychology, coaching, economics and anthropology to design truly personalised and transformative interventions.

We recognise that each individual is embedded in a broader context and that professional well-being cannot be separated from personal well-being. Our aim is to create pathways that take both these dimensions into account, strengthening both individual growth and relational and professional dynamics.

EVIDENCE-BASED EFFECTIVENESS

To ensure concrete, measurable and customised interventions, we integrate tools from psychology and coaching into a structured and rigorous method.

COACHING

We apply the International Coach Federation (ICF) model at the highest level of competence. Practitioners are ICF-certified with PCC or MCC credentials, thus ensuring a structured and effective intervention. Coaching brings clarity, concreteness and a solid structure to the intervention, making it truly transformative.

PSYCHOLOGY

The psychological approach makes it possible to adopt advanced tools for better understanding and acceptance of the person, in addition to the use of psychodiagnostic tools that support the growth path.

EVIDENCE-BASED EFFECTIVENESS

All the tools used are based on scientific evidence and are constantly updated to ensure maximum effectiveness. Each method is selected and adapted according to the specific needs of the individual, with the aim of creating a concrete and customised development path.

ADVANCED AND INNOVATIVE TOOLS

Virtual reality and immersive coaching

One innovative and effective tool we use is virtual reality, developed on the basis of neuroscientific research and validated in the professional field, through immersive experiences designed to foster personal and professional development.

Through the use of metaphor, multi-sensory environments and active involvement of the nervous system, the person can experience behavioural, cognitive and emotional alternatives in a protected context, facilitating the creation of new neural pathways.

Our protocols include:

  • 3 specific courses for stress management
  • 9 protocols with immersive metaphors, designed to develop competences related to professional well-being and relationships, such as self-confidence, the ability to cope with difficulties with resilience, emotional management, adaptability to changing contexts and an enhanced sense of self-efficacy.

Thanks to our joint expertise in the fields of coaching and psychology, we use virtual reality to facilitate a transformative pathway, allowing not only the consolidation of new skills, but also a profound change in the way one faces professional and personal challenges.

Through multi-sensory stimulation (sight, hearing, touch, smell), immersive experiences create deep anchorages, making it easier to apply in real life.

EMDR – Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

EMDR is a protocol that helps to reduce emotional activation related to traumatic, microtraumatic or otherwise psychologically impactful experiences, favouring a rebalancing of emotional and cognitive responses.

In fact, we often find ourselves reacting automatically to certain emotional triggers, repeating non-functional patterns. Thanks to this tool, it is possible to reprogram the emotional response, rework emotional experiences and even reduce sensitivity to the same previously disturbing stimuli. This can allow one to deal with situations with greater awareness and freedom of choice.

EMDR is particularly effective in overcoming emotional blocks and relationship difficulties. It can foster a greater sense of control over one's reactions, improve stress management and enhance the ability to deal with complex situations with greater clarity and awareness.

Ericksonian hypnosis

Ericksonian hypnosis is a methodology centred on the use of metaphorical and suggestive language, which allows the person to access inner resources that are often unavailable in full rational consciousness.

In our work, we use techniques of conversational hypnosis and guided imagination to facilitate the change of internal states, promote emotional regulation and foster the transformation of limiting beliefs.

It is a valuable resource at times when resistance needs to be loosened or new possibilities for vision and action need to be activated.

NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an approach to change based on the observation of language, mental and behavioural patterns. Its techniques, when used with rigour and depth, make it possible to identify and modify dysfunctional patterns, enhance communication and facilitate the achievement of goals.

In our practice, we integrate NLP and Ericksonian hypnosis tools into coaching courses when they can help increase personal effectiveness, emotional management or decision-making clarity.

Mindfulness Protocols

Mindfulness is a training in mental presence and non-judgmental awareness. In particular, we use:

  • the MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) protocol, scientifically validated for the management of stress and emotional reactivity;
  • the MBSC protocol, geared towards cultivating a stable and gentle mental presence towards oneself, particularly effective in high-pressure contexts.

These tools are included in coaching courses as transversal resources to improve concentration, resilience and mental well-being, and strengthen the ability to make lucid decisions even under complex conditions.

Voice Dialogue - The Psychology of Selves

Voice Dialogue is an innovative method based on the psychology of selves, which allows you to explore and harmonise the different parts of your personality. Each individual is composed of multiple inner aspects - some more developed and dominant, others less expressed but rich in potential.

Thanks to this approach, it is possible to become aware of internal dynamics, reduce inner conflicts and expand one's repertoire of responses to everyday contexts, both personal and professional.

The main benefits of Voice Dialogue include:

  • Better management of emotions and internal conflicts
  • Improved authenticity in relationships
  • Development of personal leadership and decision-making capacity
  • Increased self-awareness and resourcefulness
  • Increased flexibility in adapting to complex situations

This technique is particularly useful for those who wish to understand and transform behavioural automatisms, enhance their emotional balance and increase their sense of mastery in different areas of life.

ASSESSMENTS

TOOLS TO GUIDE AWARENESS AND CHOICES

In our approach, assessment tools do not serve to 'label', but to bring clarity and awareness. They provide an objective and scientific basis for exploring personality characteristics, motivational and behavioural dynamics, strengths and areas for development.

We use psychodiagnostic and managerial tools, selected according to client demand and professional context, including:

  • Hogan Assessments: to explore values, leadership potential and possible derailment risks in work performance.
  • TTI Success Insights: to analyse behavioural style, motivation and interpersonal skills, useful in team building and management development contexts.
  • iEQ9 (Integrative Enneagram): an advanced tool for understanding emotional dynamics and decision-making patterns, useful in paths of self-leadership and deep personal development.
  • SHL: for predictive assessments of performance and potential, used in organisational and talent development contexts.
  • TSI-2 (Trauma Symptom Inventory): a clinical tool, used sensitively and competently, that allows us to map stress symptoms and micro-traumas that can also affect the person in the work environment.

These tools are integrated into individual coaching or assessment as a basis for a more complete and careful reading of the person's situation and resources.
