“Growing, because this coaching practice is a process of continuous development.
Growing, because at the centre is the person, with all his or her potential.
Because working on oneself is a journey that reveals new truths each time.
It is a compelling quest.
And a rewarding way of life”

Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Order of Psychologists | Executive Coach (ICF MCC)
I adopt an integrated approach with a systemic-relational emphasis, and specialise in issues related to professional well-being, understood as the dynamic balance between performance, meaning and sustainability.
I have a dual master's degree background in clinical psychology and business administration and work with managers, senior roles, professionals and people in transition or complexity, combining psychological listening and evolutionary tools for individual well-being and development.
I deal in particular with career development, sustainable leadership models - regenerative for self and generative for contexts - and well-being at work, through the use of evidence-based tools, selected according to criteria of concrete effectiveness and continuously updated.
My professional and research activity focuses on deepening individual and relational competences that promote health, effectiveness and adaptability in work contexts, in an interdisciplinary logic that integrates applied psychology, highly specialised coaching and organisational development methodologies.
I am part of the international team of executive coaches at Hult Ashridge Executive Education, a business school that promotes constant peer-to-peer exchange, continuous supervision and high standards in professional practice. I love working in a team that shares these values: cross-cultural exchange, methodological rigour and continuous stimulus for improvement are a source of growth and inspiration for me.
On a voluntary basis, I support people in situations of addiction, uncontrolled eating disorders and psychological vulnerability, collaborating with local organisations.
I support professional coaches and HR managers with supervision and preparation for ICF credentials, and I am registered in the ICF Global Mentor Coach Registry.
SOME TOOLS I USE
AREAS OF SPECIALISATION

After graduating in Philosophy, I obtained my Doctorate at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross, where I am currently Associate Professor of Anthropology & Literature.
My areas of publication, academic research and constant updating are freedom, the narrative dimension of the human being, interpersonal relationships, emotional intelligence and forgiveness, a topic on which I have coordinated an interdisciplinary research group for years.
I trained as a Coach through an ACTP (Accredited Certified Training Program) curriculum recognised by the International Coach Federation (ICF); I am a member of the CPC (Coaching Community of Practice), a certified Hogan Assessment System and SHL Assessment OPQ (Occupational Personality Questionnaire) and MQ (Motivation Questionnaire) trainer, and a certified emotional intelligence practitioner with Six Seconds.
I use the coaching methodology - which considers both the person and their network of relationships - and support my client-partners in developing emotional intelligence: I believe that regulating one's emotions is an indispensable element in work and, in general, in all interpersonal relationships.
My coaching is aimed at those who wish to accelerate their professional and human growth. My activity promotes a person's freedom by enhancing the capacity for decision-making and foresight, generates awareness of one's own resources, and fosters the development of a serene and balanced management of the various spheres of life, particularly interpersonal relationships.
I also work in the training of professional coaches, especially teachers and managers, providing insights into anthropological and psychological topics.
